These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the GOAT AI Fitness mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, downloading the application, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use GOAT AI Fitness with permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
GOAT AI Fitness is an AI-powered fitness assistant and workout tracker. It provides educational and informational guidance only. The Service does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace the opinion of a healthcare professional. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise program or modifying your physical activity habits. Use of GOAT AI Fitness is at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, health problems, or any damage resulting from the use of routines, recommendations, or estimates generated by the application.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your credentials or use another person's account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
GOAT AI Fitness may offer free features and premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases managed through the Apple App Store. All payments, renewals, and refunds are processed exclusively by Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
GOAT AI Fitness uses generative artificial intelligence models to provide routine suggestions, calorie estimates, workout summaries, and an interactive Coach. AI-generated information may not be accurate in all cases. You must apply your own judgment and common sense. Recommendations do not replace advice from qualified professionals.
You may record workouts, routines, and save content within the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant GOAT AI Fitness a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
If you authorize it, GOAT AI Fitness may read and write data to Apple Health (HealthKit) and sync activity with Apple Watch. Use of this data is strictly limited to the health and fitness features of the application. We never use HealthKit data for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.
You agree not to use the Service in the following ways: Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the application's source code. Use bots, automated scripts, or any other means to mass extract data. Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code. Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written authorization. Engage in any illegal activity or activity that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account for any misuse.
All content in GOAT AI Fitness, including software, design, animations, exercise database, texts, logos, and any other element, is owned by its creator or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of GOAT AI Fitness content without express authorization.
If you send us comments, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if you violate these Terms or for any reasonable reason.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of GOAT AI Fitness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special damages or any loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Use of the application, including performing exercises, is at your sole risk and responsibility.
You agree to defend and indemnify the creator of GOAT AI Fitness against any claim arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you within the application if we make significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GOAT AI Fitness. Apple-Specific Terms for App Store Users: You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are solely between you and GOAT AI Fitness, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). GOAT AI Fitness, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services with respect to the application. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party related to the application or your possession and/or use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising from consumer protection or similar legislation. In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Apple will not be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and shall have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
